So, someone asked me a few days ago to explain how the experince points work and mean. Frankly, I have no idea. I know there is some starting point by selecting the people with the most spars in total (not counting wins and losses) and making them the standard. But how a person actually moves from one level to another is beyond me. As an example, my student that I am currently teaching, has a total of about 7000 spars with an average of 3000 wins and 4000 losses. I have about 5000 spars with 3000 wins and 2000 loses.
Hes a bit concerned that his experience level is actually higher than mine. Could someone explain to me how this works and how each level is reached? Or if you can't do that, I suggest you remove it from this web site.
