Everyone loves CS:I and why not? It's the BEST combat system in SL hands down. I know that you guys are super tight on your scripts secrets and am not in any way asking you to give us that. What I am asking is for a non mod/transfer script we can buy. It can even be as low as the Bokken. I would love to put CS:I scripts into my Pu Dao (I just love saying that. XD) even if it is JUST the Bokken scripts. I don't see the harm in it. I think it would increase the number of users and in turn raise traffic in places like Samurai Island and Meiji. Maybe I just don't get all the protectiveness of it all. *shrugs*

Let's have a play date with our swords! >:D

Agree with Colin there. Your evil blaspheming is quite enough for this day...

I'm curious... When you talk about a bokken script you can buy, do you mean a no-transfer no-mod script that you can put into a single weapon which you own and do not sell? Or do you have something broader in mind?

We decided a long time ago to not give out the scripts for the reason of maintaining the quality and theme related to the weapons. Not to mention the fear of someone exploiting the use of the scripts in some way. We don't want people using weird items as weapons such as a giant mallet or a huge pink phallic objects a combat weapons. Also comes the ordeal of having to distribute the scripts when we update. Older versions of C:SI weapons are not compatible with new ones. I just don't think we could maintain support for doing such a thing...

Speaking of the bokkens however, they are going to get a makeover and we're discussing how to make the vendors more available to different sims and locations. One of the difficulties we face as a small dev team is needing to create systems that are automated and easy to manage so we don't spend all our time running those things instead of working on the system and new weapons.

Dang... I just wanted a no mod/transfer script to throw into a weapon... i guess it makes sense not to do it for that reason but, what if you make it expensive? :(
