Yeah, if we just say "we can't kick in Havok 4" the guys at "the lab" would be almost certain to ignore it :)

Not only that, but I strongly suspect that there's a hidden interaction between several of the other Havok 4 bugs we've seen listed that are affecting C:SI.

Dunno.. but what about the idea of chaging the way this "kick-push" works in C:SI? Instead of using the physics-engine you could try to implement it with "llMoveToTarget". Maybe it wouldnt be perfect, but i think it would get the job done. From my point of view there would be two main advantages by doing that:

1. Getting rid of havoc4 ;)
2. C:SI could be used in alot more Sims out there. Most of them allow Rezzing and Scripting, but pushing is often deactivated which is okay since push-stuff is mainly used by griefers.

llMoveToTarget was also affected by Havok 4, just in different ways.

It *is* something to consider, though it would be much more likely to suffer from delays and lag.
