It seems like ppl die with having HP left on the status bar. Some guys told me they had over 50 HP left when they died. I doubt this is due to lag because this happens in a pretty leg-less sim too. :-) The old hud still works fine...
Yes i have the same, i had 25 % health when i was dead already a few times with the new updated Ashes, i never had that before. And it wasnt laggy at all. its not good when you know youre almost dead you fight difrent. now i dont get that chance
Ps i now dont think that i have 25 % health have left, but that i die 25 % to soon.
Hey Guys, With old HUD i used to use the percentage to know if i was close to die or not. I have noticed this had disapear with new HUD ( nice designed, congratz ) Oh .. and the round bars are cool but maybe to small to be use correctly, that's bad because this idea is good, but i can't see anything during a spar if i don't open the bar by clicking yellow center in middle of the HUD.
I also have the problem. I don´t like to die because of the HUD is cheating me on my HP. You get overconfident when you think you have more than you realy have. The old HUD never had that problem what I know of. Never expirienced it anyway.
Clicking on the center icon shows the "bar diagram" of HPs and stamina. Thx for that feature.
But when e.g. accepting a "duel", the HUD returns to the circle display and the bars disappear. So I have to leave mouselook for a moment and click the center again to return to "bar diagram" display.
It would be nice, if the HUD would stay in the last choice.

i had experienced that issue on some rare occasions with the old HUD as well, though not very often. I haven't experienced it yet on the new HUD, but that might just mean I've been lucky so far.
There are a number of reasons that this might be happening, so I'll see if I can gather those thoughts together in some sort of coherent fashion and send them to Archanox to review, maybe we can figure something out. My first thought, though, is that it has more to do with LSL's seemingly arbitrarily enforced delays than anything else but we'll have to review things in order to get the facts.
